a deposit is taken in advance to secure your booking with The Perfect Party People. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Important Notes:
Your booking is guaranteed as soon as we receive your completed form and deposit. However, if we do not receive this within 10 days, your booking will be cancelled and a cancellation letter will be sent to you.We do not receipt deposits but you are very welcome to call the office to check whether your deposit has been received. Alternatively, if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we will forward a receipt to you.
2.
if, after forwarding your deposit, you wish to cancel the booking, we need to be informed, in writing, at least 14 days prior to your booking, as the entertainer, time and date have been reserved specifically for you. Any cancellations made after this 14-day period may render you liable for a cancellation fee. This is 50% of the agreed fee.

every effort is made to ensure that an entertainer arrives at the given time. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for late arrivals in circumstances beyond our control.

it is the responsibility of the client to inform us of any changes of venue as soon as possible (preferably in writing)
5. it is imperative, for the smooth running of your party, that the entertainer is supplied with a table for his equipment and a parking space CLOSE to your chosen venue.
